Myrtle Beach Info - NOT Mandatory for BombShells

Hello Everyone,
The group rates sales lady contacted us today with rates. We need at least 15 condos to book at the rates below. Some of you have already responded. We will have a sign up sheet at the front desk if you are interested in staying at the Camelot. It is on the beach and is within walking distance to the convention center.
Please let me know ASAP if you are seriously interested in booking at the Camelot. We have to sign a contract. Thanks so much!!!

DM Oceanfront three bedroom - (sleeps up to 8 people) 1 king size bed in the master bedroom, 1 queen size bed in the second bedroom, 2 twin size beds in the third bedroom, full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, full sleeper sofa in the living room, stackable washer/dryer and dishwasher, 2 TV’s (one in the master bedroom and one in the living room) and oceanfront private balcony with access from the living room area and the master bedroom.
Rate - $299.00 per night ($354.83 with taxes and fees)

CM oceanfront two bedroom - (sleeps up to 8 people) 1 king size bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen size beds in the second bedroom, full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, full sleeper sofa in the living room, stackable washer/dryer and dishwasher, 2 TV’s (one in the master bedroom and one in the living room) and oceanfront private balcony with access from the living room area. The bedroom only offers a large oceanfront window.
Rate - $259.00 per night ($308.03 with taxes and fees)

AM oceanfront one bedroom - (sleeps up to 6 people) 2 queen size beds in the bedroom, full kitchen, full bathroom, separate living room with a full size sleeper sofa, 2 TV’s and oceanfront private balcony off of the living room area.
Rate - $169.00 per night ($202.73 with taxes and fees)

BM oceanfront studio - (sleeps up to 6 people) 2 full size beds, full kitchen, full bathroom, full sleeper sofa, 1 TV and oceanfront private balcony. This room is all open. There is no separation bedroom and living room.
Rate - $159.00 per night ($191.03 with taxes and fees)

*Rate quote is valid for 30 days
*Four Night Minimum Stay is required
*Once contracted the cut-off date to reserve rooms is (60) days

Rates are based on single or double occupancy per bedroom; please add $10.00 per night for each additional person 18yrs and older.

Legacy Dance Company WarmUps

Please let us know if you would like to order the Company WarmUps. They are $175 for the Jacket and pants with the name and Company logo embroidered on the jacket. We will have order forms at the front desk and the cost of the warmups are due in full at time of ordering. Thanks!

New Beginner Ballet - Mondays 7:00 pm

We are starting a new beginner ballet class on Mondays at 7:00 pm. Lindsey is the teacher. There is no extra cost for company members. This would be a great class for the BombShells to attend whenever possible. Not required, but would benefit them tremendously. Thanks!

Legacy Company Picnic, Sunday September 26

Our picnic is set for Sunday at the studio (behind the building), park in front. The picnic sill begin at 1:00 pm. Please bring tables, chairs and your own drinks. We will put the food inside.
We decided to attempt to assign dishes so that everyone doesn't bring the same thing.

Legacy - will supply chicken and paper goods
BombShells - Rolls
ThunderBoltz - Beans (Baked, Green, whatever your heart desires)
SpitFires - Pastas (Macaroni and Cheese or pasta salad) or Potatoes
Phantoms - Casseroles or salad
B52's - Desserts

Please bring your own drinks.

Let's Eat and Vote!

Let's plan on holding our Legacy Dance Company Picnic on Sunday, September 26 at 1:00 pm at the studio. Bring your lawn chairs, tents, tables and a side dish. Legacy will provide the chicken! We will be drawing for big sisters/little sisters and brothers on this day. We are going to try to get the photographer to come to the studio on the 26th for group pictures, but have not scheduled this yet. We will let you know for sure by the end of this week about pictures.

We will be voting on our nationals trip this week. See Janie or Amy at the front desk to vote. Thanks!
